Thank you for calling this afternoon. Per your request, here is the material you requested.
The financial model does not take into account the new pricing for the turbines, capitalized interest, some reserves for the gas contract, etc. But, cash flows do not reflect the additional output, either. The model is about four months out of date, but it is very complicated, so we update it about every six months. I hope you understand.
