Here is a copy of the PayPal indictment. It has not yet been made public, but was given to Chris Cooper when he was charged. We have a couple of generous and willing attorneys for Mr. Vo’s case. They are from Pier 5 Law Offices in San Francisco. Confidentially, we’re hoping that we can get Tony Serra from that office to jump on board for the cause. That has not yet come to pass, but I think it appropriate that one of the original lawyers for the Black Panthers, the Symbionese Liberation and Army and many other great 60’s causes serve notice to the feds that the fight for these civil rights cases will be as vigorous as past righteous battles. I’ll keep you posted.
