This message is in reference to getting our Corporate Resume and website updated. These are the items I feel need to be addressed asap:

1. Narrative on takeover of the operating co.   ( info has to be provided by Dennis or Robert)

2. Brief narrative on all prior deals done by SK  ( info provided by Dennis)

3. Updated bio's  ( info provided by specific person ) This might include any additional consultants that are going to be needed

4. Action plan with some form of timeline on drilling program on New Waverley and Therm.  ( info provided by Denver)

* The website and our leave behind collateral are mutually exclusive of one another. I view the website as a 10000 foot generic view of who we are and what our mission is. It's like a shingle we hang outside our office. . The action step we want people who randomly view our website to take is to either call or email us for more info. On the other hand our leave behind collateral will have a lot of the same info but be more deal specific with proprietary info we only want certain people to see.  All info needs to be sent to Barret so he can wordsmith it accordingly and we get it knocked out. I welcome any additional comments , suggestions or questions on this.
