Hi, Stephanie-

I'm a writer for Dining Out Dallas, and I've been assigned to handle the one-page advertorial for Kenichi's Dallas location. I'm already pretty familiar with Kenichi in general as I happened to have done a piece on Kenichi Austin for a couple of different publications, but I've never been to the Dallas location, so I just have a couple of questions for you:

1. Is the interior and general ambiance of the Dallas spot similar to that of the Austin spot? How would you describe it in a sentence or two?

2. Does Kenichi Kanada ever oversee the kitchen at the Dallas location (and does he live in Dallas?)
