No, Owen isn't in NYC. That's one of the many things that Aaron got wrong, including my supposed other handles. I've heard from one fellow who plans to sue.

The feds took quite a bit of equipment from Owen but not all of it. Pretty sure they took a server but want to confirm before I say yes or no.

And did the fbi actually take the server?

Basically, we got hbgary's e-mails along with hbgary federal's. Prez, penny, called me to make the distinction. I told her to come into irc to talk. She and greg whatshisname, who is a douche, were in for a couple hours. I don't think a consensus has been reached on our end as regards what to do, but anyway I don't think the e-mails have yet been downloaded by anyone because file isn't being sufficiently seeded via torrent, so there may still be time to come to a decision. I like penny but some others don't trust her on this matter when she claims to be angry with aaron, etc. Meanwhile greg has made some threatening statements to the press so, yeah, that wasn't particularly brilliant of him.

Hey Barrett. Do you have a scanned copy of the search warrant the feds gave rabbit/no during the search?
