Important Information about the Barnes &
Noble Credit Card Program: Offers may vary. Please review the below
and the Terms and Conditions for the reward
benefits (such as credits and how credits are earned), interest
rates and account fees and terms for this particular offer before
applying.
1 After you use your Barnes & Noble MasterCard
to make a purchase for the first time, you will receive via mail a
twenty-five dollar ($25) Barnes & Noble Gift Card. Your first
credit card purchase must not be invalidated for any reason. Please
allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of gift card. The delivery will be
made to the billing address associated with your Barnes & Noble
MasterCard.
2 When you use your Barnes & Noble
MasterCard to make any purchase (other than the purchase of any
discounted Barnes & Noble Gift Cards) online at www.bn.com and
in any Barnes & Noble Store nationwide, a credit in the value of
five percent (5%) of such eligible net purchases will be posted to
your Barnes & Noble MasterCard account. The five percent (5%)
credit will appear on the same billing statement as the charge for
the related eligible purchase.

4 Important Balance Transfer
Information: The 0% intro APR on balance transfers is
applicable for the first 15 billing cycles after the account is
opened. At the end of the introductory period the APR for all
balance transfer balances will be either 13.99% or 24.99%, which
will be determined at account opening based on your
creditworthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the
Prime Rate. Transferring a balance will impact your ability
to avoid paying interest on purchases, until you pay the transferred
balance in full. There is a fee for Balance Transfers. This
introductory APR does not apply to Purchase or Cash Advance
transactions. For information about the rates, fees, [the Annual

credit approval. If at the time of your application you do not meet
the credit criteria previously established for this offer, or the
income you report is insufficient based on your obligations, we may
