Jeremy Hammond, as many of you are aware, is the hacktivist being charged with the attacks against the private intelligence company Stratfor but, for once, this post isn't about Jeremy. The attack against Stratfor, which Jeremy is alleged to have committed, resulted in more than five million emails from within the company being leaked. WikiLeaks began publishing the emails earlier this year and they have come to be known as the Global Intelligence Files.

Now, this is old news; However, there has been an interesting development. Recently released by WikiLeaks are emails which indicate that former senior intelligence officials have created a detailed surveillance system more accurate than modern facial recognition technology — and have installed it across the U.S. under the radar of most Americans.
