Most people that are shopping for health insurance look for the lowest deductible FIRST. However, as you have learned from receiving our emails, the most important thing to determine when evaluating health insurance plans is the annual maximum out-of-pocket limit. You should also make sure that your plan provides protection for your assets in the event of a catastrophic illness or injury. The reality is that you can afford a higher out-of-pocket maximum when you have an illness or injury that will see you fully recovered and back at work within a relatively short time as opposed to illness or injury that will require months or even years of ongoing treatment. This is what makes Secure Advantage so unique in the industry. Your major health concerns at 30 may be very different than those at 45 or 50. The fact that it comes with a three year rate guarantee* only makes it better, as you will not have to worry about budget busting rate increases that force you to reevaluate your plan every year to try and keep rates affordable. In fact with Secure Advantage you will only face one possible rate increase over the first six years** you have the plan!! How is that for financial security!!
