I think this is too good to spew it on VICTORY. OP was about having a source for possible criminalmisconduct in the US armed forces.

"Anonymous releases cannot be vetted for authenticity directly. Anyone can do anything. Anything will be denounced as scheme/shill/psyop, even legit things. Keep that in mind.

With that in mind, go for full source protect. Deface, distort. Don't give dox or vital details of source. Use CG voice. Don't show source clearly, >50% of body, for prolonged time (except stills) etc.

Be underwhelming. If you got sick true shit, go ahead with like 60-80% of it. Leave some things out of the release for people to find if they investigate.

PROTIP: to prove authenticity, don't use witness video. Just have anonymous read a prepared witness statement with auto voice.

Instead, use memorabilia from source's life (photos, everyday items, stuff picked along the way) to illustrate source's veracity. Physical evidence of their presence in the story as related by them. Stuff anyone might have, but that occurrs in this particular combo only rarely and proves "you were there".

+ have trusted attourney who takes affidavit in case your source is suddenly "gone" after release. People should use that more, it's like herd immunity against murder/reprogramming of witnesses."
