David-

It was exceedingly refreshing to talk to you, especially about the
schematic. I'm very, very excited to be pursuing this with you and
whoever else we can bring on to get involved. I had to catch up on
some work re: that pilot but am now caught up in terms of other
notes/materials I'm providing, I should have plenty of time to work on
this more formally starting tomorrow when I get back. In the meantime,
I've had a chance to play with the idea a little and have come up with
a couple more "devices/options" (we're going to need to decide on
working terminology for the various aspects of this straight off, I
guess) and all that; I'm trying to consistently think of the pursuants
as creatures in an ecosystem, and so giving some thought to other
settings or "modules" that can be used by any given pursuant (or
participant) to assess the work and nature of other pursuants on an
ongoing basis so as to best facilitate any inter-pursuant
collaboration that might be appropriate. Will continue to jot down
notes this week.

When we were working on the alpha version of this in 2010, we used
Google Docs for this and a few other experimental ventures, and the
documentation that had been written for the schematic back then should
still be in my shared files. There are a couple of them, all of which
I'll share with you when I find them, hopefully in a few minutes. Keep
in mind that these docs will relate to something somewhat different
and more limited than what you and I have discussed, and back then we
were working on a couple of different self-contained networks using
the schematic - one for bloggers, to be "affixed" to their pages and
being relegated only to information, and another for Project PM
participants, which like this one would be designed both for
distributing info as well as organizing activity. Perhaps a bit of it
will be useful.

As for us proceeding on this, I suppose Google Docs would be fine, but
if you know of anything that might be preferable, we can do that.
Eventually we'll need to produce a visually-oriented video
demonstration of how this works, to be linked to or otherwise
associated with a written summary, but in the meantime we've got
plenty to figure out in terms of specifics. Let me know what you
decide on collaborative docs and then we'll both throw our notes up
and get moving on this.

Definitely keep me updated on Boston warehouse situation, as I'm 100
percent in and, as I've said, would facilitate everything I'm working
on in addition to what we can set in motion with the schematic while
also getting me out of Dallas.

Barrett, our strategy session was refreshing. We should probably start
putting out thoughts in a collaborative doc somewhere. What do you use?

I'll scan those papers; would you be down to share those docs you were
telling me about at hope, in your google account?

Unrelated, I'm checking out Victoria 2 -- if I take to it, we should play a
game sometime. Also I'm looking at Boston warehouse living space this week,
I'll keep in touch about that. Let me know if you need any resources on the
quick or anything. Stay safe out there, the movement needs you.
