We moved it to Voxanon network, and then a few days later that started
getting hit by some unusually powerful DOS about which there have been
various rumors in terms of motives, responsible party, etc. Wiki was
moved to same network so it's down right now as well. Supposedly
measures are being taken to get everything back up, so should be back
to normal soon.
