I am. These are Mexican antiobiotics I'm taking; my mom always gets
them when she goes over because getting them here is a big hassle, so
I was lucky she'd just gone over a couple weeks ago, otherwise I would
have had to actually go to a doctor and then get a prescription and
then pick up the fucking prescription and otherwise pay $200 and spend
two or three hours running around in 90 degree weather when of course
I was sick as shit, but because she had these, I could just have her
bring them over the other morning. Before I took the first two
yesterday, my entire neck was inflamed, my shoulders were inflamed,
all kinds of horrible things were no doubt happening in my lymph nodes
and whatever other things exist in my body that I don't really
understand because I don't know these things, etc. And these already
started working yesterday and by the time I woke up today, the
infection was already mostly receded, and now I'm only a little bit
sick still, and will probably be entirely recovered by tomorrow. So,
yeah, Mexican antibiotics are pretty hard core. I don't really get
sick that often so when it does happen I find it kind of fascinating,
as you can probably tell.
