Barrett,
I received your check and I paid your probation fees and court costs in full today. There was an additional $72 in court costs that was not included on the original balance I was given, but I paid the costs in full so I could give the court probation officer the receipts showing the amounts were paid in full. I also gave her a copy of your driving record showing you completed the driver education course in 2003 as required.
Please forward a check for $72 made payable to me to the Austin address 106 East 6th Street, Suite 900, Austin 78701 at your convenience.
Dont forget to attend the MADD victim impact panel on June 6th. You will need to arrive early to insure you have a spot. Once youve completed the class, please send me the certificate as soon as possible so I can take it to the court probation officer well in advance of your court date.
Thank you and let me know if you have any questions.
