For a school board seat, $50 to $100 would be a significant help.

Our school board elections are Sept. 18, and I'll be able to start circulating a petition on June 10.  I'm a wife and mother of two boys, aged 14 and 3; full-time media traffic director for a local radio station, resident of Mountainburg AR since 2005.  Our school is very small (my son's 8th grade class consists of about 60 students), and our school board is made up of mostly Republican Christian Conservatives, particularly members of three or four notable families in the community.  I think it's time for some fresh insight and a more moderate voice in Mountainburg's school board.

Hello,

Thanks for your e-mail to Enlighten The Vote.  Congratulations on running for the school board.  Can you please tell me a little bit about yourself and when is the school board election?
