I've turned in the draft manuscript so am finally in a better position
to look into some of the factors of this case. One of the things
that's recently been revealed is that the FBI was using an individual
named Jennifer Emick to look in to me and other Anons. During part of
that time, Emick was also being employed as a consultant for HBGary,
apparently starting in mid-February after the Anonymous/HBGary
incident; her duties involved reporting back to HBGary employee Jim
Butterworth on my activities. All of this is known because Emick's
e-mails were hacked recently by a third party, and correspondence
between herself and her FBI and HBGary contacts was released, although
her involvement with the FBI is something she was in the habit of
bragging about for a while.
