Guys, did you respond to Julia?
You've got to send her a SINGLE document, integrated and paginated. If you're unable to figure out how to do so, let Stephen know and he can help. But PLEASE do this a.s.a.p.
And: please compare your calendars and respond to Julia letting her know when you can explain your legal concerns. Remember, you've raised the concerns, so you need to explain them to her clearly.

Hi Barrett,
Thanks for your note. Id like to jump on the phone to discuss the legal question.
In the meantime, please resend the document in one attachment.
All the best,
Julia

Julia-
First off, thanks for your patience with all of this; the extra two weeks was much appreciated.
I've attached the first six chapters of the manuscript here. I'm afraid that the seventh, which is the longest and sort of brings things everything together, is going to require a bit more time, as well as some additional discussion between Gregg and I. The problem is legal in nature, although it doesn't directly involve either of us.
I'm very sorry for bringing this up at the last minute; basically, there's one general problem that I thought would nonetheless allow for me to at least send in the draft of the chapter today with the others, and then afterwards hammer out the difficulties with you and your legal team, but there's been yet another twist in all of this that has just been reported this afternoon, and I'm concerned about sending the chapter out as it is until I've heard back from the National Lawyer's Guild and another attorney who has been sort of overseeing the legal situation for some of us. The best way that I can put it for now is that several people's cases are involved, and I'm having to determine what information is already publicly available and what isn't. At the very worst, I'd have to do a bit more research to figure all of that out, and switch out some scenes and a couple of things here and there, which I would do this week, such that at the very latest it would be in to you this weekend.
Again, I apologize for all of this; it's been kind of a complicated couple of weeks. Please let me know if you'd like to set up a time to talk further, and of course Gregg and I will be ready to start getting your input on the rest of the manuscript when you're ready.
Regards
Barrett Brown
