Just spoke w Gregg and Barrett.  You'll have the ms by EOB Monday.  They both have legal concerns; naturally you guys will put this through a rigorous legal review but in the meantime--moreso than would ordinarily be the case-- I'd like to suggest that we keep this draft, at least, under wraps as much as is feasible, ie not yet sharing w sales etc, if that doesn't inhibit what you need to do on your end.  Does that make sense to you?
