Wasn't intended in jest; was relaying from my guy, who's used to dealing with my own silly questions. He's now telling me to wait; presumably he's checking to make sure file wasn't corrupted or some such. Will let you know what he says when he gets back to me.

Two things I forgot to mention:

You should get in touch with Nicky Hager if you haven't already done so; he's the fellow who brought Echelon into public awareness back in the '90s, and is currently working on a new book. Was very helpful to us early on in this investigation. nicky@paradise.net.nz 

The now-completed purchase of HBGary by Mantech to serve as part of its "Misson & Cyber Intelligence Solutions Group" is well-worth keeping an eye on.

Also, working on getting that video for you.
