According to someone close to the situation:

> group-xp is 0xOmar' saudi group
[14:21]  he's the guy that released 400,000 israeli credit cards
[14:21] that really sparked this cyberwar
[14:21]  after him, some guy named Hannibal released 40,000 malaysian facebook logins as a response from "israel"
[14:22]  0xOmar then attacked El-Ai and israeli stock exchange
[14:22]  in return IDF-Team israeli hackers attacked saudi and united arab emirate sites
[14:22]  in return.. arab and muslim hackers are uniting and have been attacking .il sites en masse

I would add that the attacks on Israeli infrastructure tend to come from quieter corners of Anonymous; these aren't the sort of operations that require wide participation or PR work, so few in Anon know much about this conflict. My understanding is that it's about to heat up.

Hi Barrett:
I’m curious what’s going on w/ Group XP and their continued attacks on Israeli sites. Do you know anyone with that group who might speak with me?

Hope you’re well. Thanks.
