Thank you for any and all the help and support that you can give. Paul is only in this position because he cared for others and if the powers of this democracy is allowed to get away with it, then they are being allowed to do what ever they want to the people. There are people who want to step up to the plate but are afraid of IRS or small things such as that. A man's life is at stake, Paul would step up to the plate for them.
I just want to give you an example of one of the government witness, Alberta Castro (AC) who was Paul Bergrin (PB) client. AC is a career criminal, if he was arrest one more time than he would go down for the long haul. He refuse to stop his criminal activities so he brought 2 homes. One he live in, the other his 19 years old lived in and is where AC hid his drugs without his daughters knowledge. But in spite of the drugs being found in the house where the daughter resides, AC was charged with the owner of the drugs.
AC wanted PB to have the charges placed on AC 19 years old daughter because if she is is convicted since she has never had any charges she would not get much time if any a all. PB would not do this. AC was making up to $50,000.00 a week, if PB was such a low life that he would kill for money he could have easily gotten a $100,000.00 or more from AC. This alone proves that PB is an honorable man. AC broke down on the stand and admitted tha he was mad with PB and was a witness for the government claiming that PB offered him $10,000.00 to kill the informant was a lie.
The other main witness was the killer himself, Anthony Young, (AY) he said that PB ordered the hit. The victim's father was so close to the killing that he said he felt the heat from the blast on his face. The father said the killer had long dread locks, AY head is clean shaven. AY said the father was 5ft. 10in. the father is 5ft. 3in. I get transcripts and what ever is needed. Every witness that was the gov. brought up, PB who defended himself was able to prove descrepencies in their statement, even the FBI agent in charge. The judge does not understand why the jury could not agree on a not guilty verdict.
Starting January 10th I will hold meetings once a month to rally for support for Paul. Please help me. This is a man that does so much for people. This will only discourage others not to help if this is the way they will be treated. Jihadah,
