Hello-

This is Barrett Brown; I help provide legal defense for those involved with the Anonymous movement who face legal difficulties in the course of their work. You may be aware that Suffolk County has filed an administrative subpoena for Twitter, demanding the release of IP and other info associated with several accounts and apparently a certain hashtag; this appears to stem from the doxing of Boston police officers a few weeks ago. Two of the individuals have gotten in touch with me in order to find help, and Jay Liederman of Lieberman Devine in San Francisco has recommended that they contact you. One of them just asked me to inquire on his behalf. The first thing we'll need is a motion to squash, which has to be filed within a few days lest Twitter proceed in accordance with the subpoena. Can you please get in touch with me ASAP and let me know if you can help? If so, I'll direct these and other individuals who may be affected to reach out to you. Thanks.
