Actually, I see you have a balance due of $180.  This includes the $150 month to month fee.  Instead of the $50 rent concession in January, I will credit $75 of the month to month fee.  This will help bring you current and will leave your current balance due at $105.00.

First of all, my apologies for the refrigerator issues you’ve had.

 

Per maintenance, the GFI plug was switched out because this is what was causing the refrigerator to go off.  Maintenance tells me the refrigerator is nasty due to the spoiled food.

 

I’d like to have housekeeping clean it for you.  They should be on property today.  Will this be OK?

 

Additionally, I’d like to offer you a $50 rent concession toward your January rent to help pay for the groceries that spoiled.

 

Should you have any further issues with the refrigerator please let me know and it will be replaced.
