thanks.  I crunched the numbers tho, and I think I can get a screaming rig put together, possibly next week. 

I didn't get the promotion I was hoping for, so I'll be able to put off the purchase of a car and pull my own weight on the computer.  

At the very least, I managed to get a case, 2.2 gig amd cpu, ram, and psu plus a loaner hdd that'll suffice for web and photoshop. Just hope it works.. Its an xmas gift i bought for my family 6 years ago.
