The last discussions that the attorney group had about the funds were that because Mercedes’ fund collected $125.00 and X’s has the $60.00 that we put in it wasn’t really worth the time and trouble for the attorneys to set up a joint fund.

However, if one were to actually do a 24 hour fundraiser and promote the thing, I suspect that there would be great interest among the attorneys once again. Accordingly, let me know how I can help. There is certainly a great need for the funds. Anything you can do to call attention to the lack of follow through on the donations is greatly appreciated. The attorneys and defendants would certainly be grateful.
