Yes, to an extent. Although the 25,000 e-mails are still being held by others, I've begun setting up a working group made up of experts and informants to process info I'm getting from the ground in Mexico and elsewhere. The DA in Asheville was the first name to be released.
Who
is attacking you on Twitter/pastebin etc. and why? Did you know any of
these individuals prior to the involvement of OpCartel?
There are a number of people who work out of
2600.net and
reapersecurity.net who are ex-military and/or employed in security contracting sector or adversarial to Anonymous and myself and who have been engaged in this sort of thing for a year now. Robin Jackson of Montana is one of them. Another is th3j35t3r. Others go by names like AnonymousDown, mach2600, Hubris, CryptKpr. Backtrace Security and Provide Security are strongly associated with the latter IRC in particular.
Do any of these individuals, or any others, threaten your safety? If so, to what extent, and what are you doing to stay safe?
Yes, most recently by promoting and distributing information on me that includes past addresses in Dallas and Austin, including one that is listed as current. There's nothing I can do to stop them; pointing out the danger this represents to those families living at those addresses at a time when the Zetas and other parties are hoping to kill me has not worked.
Have there been any other separate or distinct threats aside from those posted on Twitter? If so, from whom?
No, the only threats I've seen have originated from this group of people.
What is the purpose of the pastebin will?
I wrote that the other day when it occurred to me that I might have actually put myself in imminent danger. It's just in case, and will be replaced by a private, formal document soon.
There's really not much we can do to prove the person was kidnapped that won't also put that person in further danger. Having said that, several people I know and rely on have talked to this person upon release.
How many different handles are you operating under for this
operation? What is the purpose of operating under these different
handles?
I'm just using one handle, as usual.
Gawker doesn't seem to realize that all of this started without me, that I was brought on to the operation in the same way that I often am when these things occur, and that at any rate I've been involved in similar things for over a year, not least of which when we helped Egyptians identify dozens of individuals who were known to be government informants.
The person saying this is one of those who is spreading that info in an attempt to get me killed. He has libeled me from that account on and off for most of the year and has no insight into any of this.

understand you must be dealing with alot right now, but if you could
