I hope it works out! I confirmed with our mail room manager that we’d left the “signature required” box unchecked, so at this point, leaving
or not leaving the package is at the driver’s discretion (based on what he thinks of the neighborhood, etc.), and we can’t influence it from here, alas. Keep me posted!

That's a good idea about the note, I'll do that too and try to just be out there since they've been getting here at about the same time. Thanks.

Hi Barrett,
I'll speak to our mail manager first thing tomorrow morning (I can't do anything myself with just the Fed-Ex website and tracking number, alas), though I don't believe he checked the box that required the package be signed for, so I'm not sure why Fed-Ex didn't
just leave it at the door in the first place. Is the address you gave us not a traditional apartment/building? As a back-up (this sounds kinda DIY, I realize, but it worked for me on a previous occasion), I'd leave a note on the front door, wherever the
Fed-Ex driver will end up, authorizing that the package be left at the door (signed, etc.)
But I'll talk to our mail room head honcho in the AM, as discussed!
Stephen

Stephen-
I'm trying to get FedEx to just leave the envelope at the door in the morning but I'm not sure how to authorize that from here. Would it be possible for this to be done from your end before morning?

Hi Barrett,
But of course! Here's the tracking number...
797669639670
It looks like they tried to deliver yesterday but no one was available to receive the package (there's a "customer not available or business closed" warning posted). I apologize for the inconvenience, though I'm surprised the Fed-Ex delivery man didn't leave
a tag saying they'd stopped by, etc. They'll try to deliver again on Monday, and they're keeping it at the local facility for now...let me know if there's anything I can do to help out!
Stephen

In fact we just cut the check. If we overnight it to you, the charge will be reimbursed to us (i.e. charged to you) when the money actually comes in. Is that what you want? If so, what’s the address?

Howdy-
Would you guys be able to do a direct deposit, or will you need to send a check? Let me know when they're ready to do it and I'll provide details.
