National Lawyer's Guild head Heidi Boghosian <director@nlg.org>, Stanley L. Cohen <stanleylcohen@earthlink.net>, Jay Leiderman <jay@leidermandevine.com>. Heidi should have names of all NLG lawyers involved, Liederman should have names of others we've organized through his agency. I'll be available by phone any time this week. 512-560-2302.--

Would you have a few minutes later in the week to speak to me on the phone or via skype? I need someone to go through all the arrests with me and put together a complete timeline of all the prosecutions etc we know of so far.
Can you put me in touch with the pro-bono lawyers?
Thanks again for your help

Remember that the FBI raids began in late January. A week later, Anonymous hacked HBGary, thereby taking in information which is still being used by myself and others to investigate and disrupt that industry. This was followed by dozens of other attacks on state and corporate targets including the CIA, Booz Allen Hamilton, and NATO. Of course, several of the Lulzsec folks have been arrested since, but the rest are still working as usual. Meanwhile, Anon's major IRC venues are more active than they were a couple of months ago. And even those who are facing charges are in some cases still active; all of them, and all others who may be charged in the future, are being repped by a cadre of top-notch pro bono lawyers that NYC activist John Penley and myself brought on starting after the raids on January. Some of the best hackers and social engineers are entirely unknown to both the public and Anon, and several of them are engaged in the continued campaign against a certain sector of the intelligence contracting industry as we speak. The world has seen nothing yet.Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T

Gregg and I were talking about how the people arrested so far, many of the, anyway, don't appear to be the "hacker masterminds" the FBI is after. He told me Most of the arrests have not been of the top people.
Most of them (arrested) were ops people, people who ran web sites and chat services Anonymous used the FaceBook site to organize, so why is Mark Zuckerberg under arrest?
They (the FBI) have got to go to their bosses and the public and show theyre doing their job."
They havent gotten anyone who will slow down what Anonymous is doing.
These are some of the quotes he gave me on the record for the story so I am sharing them with you to give you an idea of some of the material I have already.
What's your own assessment of the FBI's campaign? Are you in touch with any of these defendants or their lawyers? Do you think they would talk to me? I will speak to people on background or even off the record if they want.
Can you help me with this? I fell awkward approaching someone who might see themselves as a competitor for assistance, but I'm not too proud to ask ;-)
Best wishes, either way
