Guys, can you please consult w/ your lawyer(s) about whether or not we have any protections about the content of the proposal, and/or the conversation(s) you had with John Parsley?  Obviously we don’t want what’s in the proposal to wind up in Parmy’s book—I have no idea whether we have any rights to assert here, but I’d like to assert them…
