Dearest Barrett, Jessica is watching Family Guy and is becoming American and saying mad American things. Since she is a genius and very very intelligent she is obviously bright enough to distinguish between utter dross and thoughtful life enhancing programming, which Family Guy is not. I think it is the lack of male influence in her life and therefore I think she needs the guidance of a mature erudite man. You are the only one I know so I would be grateful if you could come over asap and give her some words of wisdom. By that I mean come over and have tea with me and talk to ME.

This email is a blatant excuse to say hello. How are you? I am well, started a new job today and things are going well. Hope you too are well and feel good about things. I miss you and being part of your life although I realise that time is passed. i still think of you and want the very best for you always.

This started off silly and turned all serious. I just meant to say hi, how are you and send you my love.

Oops sorry! Misunderstood due to being stupid. I was returning from Skiathos, a small island off the coast of Greece in the Aegean sea. It's extremely beautiful and has more cats than people.
