Yup.  Gregg still has to review the Collab Agmt, which I haven't sent him (pending your lawyer's review); furthermore, I'd asked Gregg to run the proposal itself past his lawyer.  I don't care about the first issue, if you don't--but that's your call.  The second seems important.  I'll remind Gregg...
