I don't think you did; go ahead, thanks.

Barrett, did I ever do the 'accept changes' thing on the Agency Agreement as promised? If not, it'll take me two seconds, will do it right now--just let me know. Thanks.

Here's the doc back with my edits, additions, etc. Couple points based on questions you asked in the margins:
1. No, Gregg wasn't one of the authors of the second Anon press release; I'm not sure who wrote it, exactly, but I remember it being worked on by people in the channel.
2. I don't know if Gregg used one handle in particular in his software pirating days; my understanding is that he probably used a couple. One was "wizy," and his past use of that handle is public knowledge; if he's okay with it, we could add it in.
Let me know if there's anything else to add/change; I'll be around. Also, I'll get those contracts scanned and sent in to you on Tuesday morning when I get access to a scanner.

Howdy-
As noted in my other reply, the Notes section, which you've put back in, was indeed meant to stay in; I'll update it/remove some things that are now mentioned elsewhere. I'll do these other edits and a note about the book's organization, which I agree could go in after Figures, Factions, Concepts.

Guys,
Here it is, back to you. First of all, just to say it: you did a terrific job addressing my marginal questions etc, filling in the blanks for me and providing the necessary context. Good job.
I've done some cosmetic things--inserted a couple of images, inserted some "section titles" and a table of contents, some minor layout stuff--as well as a few minor edits and/or queries. Please look at the section titles, e.g., and let me know if they seem stupid or whatever.
I'm not clear if the "notes about sources & ongoing activities" section is still to be included, or if it's out of date--at least some of the info there is also included elsewhere. Can you review? I like the idea of this section, it speaks to the 'currency' of everything.
I'm starting to lose my perspective about all this... I'm thinking we may need one more small piece here, a very brief description of how the book will be organized, how long it's going to take to write, and so forth. I don't mean a complete chapter outline, but what we've got here is specific and impressionistic, a nice combination--but it doesn't really talk about HOW the book's going to be built, how the story's going to be organized, except in the covering note for FIGURES, FACTIONS, CONCEPTS. If you have any ideas about how to do this--maybe it's just a note, after FIGURES, FACTIONS, CONCEPTS, that speaks briefly about the arc of the overall story.
Thanks for the speed, and let me know if you have questions or concerns.
-Dan
