This is all fine with me. Can you accept the changes on your end and send back? I'm not terribly familiar with the Word notations system and don't want to screw anything up on something like a contract.

Howdy-

I ran these by an entertainment lawyer and he made a few notes/suggestions which he explained to me. I'm not sure about the "potential conflict of interest" clause he proposed to be added, but I wanted to see which of the others would be okay with you. He also struck out the part of the preamble that entitles Writers House to represent all future work in perpetuity, which I suppose is reasonable, although frankly I'm fairly confident at this point based on your reputation, my dealings with you, and the fact that I'd prefer to stick with a single agent, that I'd be almost certain to continue with you on further projects; my only interest in modifying that clause down is to avoid being forced to work with Writers House itself. Please take a look and let me know which of these would be okay with you or if you have any questions. (One or two of the notes, also, are just questions he proposed be spelled out a bit more).
