Jay Liederman of Lieberman Devine, who's been helping to arrange representation for some of the individuals who are facing charges pursuant to the Paypal affair and other Anonymous-related matters, has suggested that I write up a comprehensive press release listing the various lawyers who are involved thus far. I've already got a list of about five of them, and of course I wanted to list you as well. Also, Penley has noted that Ratner-Kunstler and Fink are also on board in some capacity. Are they going to be working with you on this, or will they be representing anyone themselves? And can you let me know who else might be working with you on the Mercedes case, assuming it's okay to mention their names? Finally, I wanted to see if you could give me a short statement that I might use or anything else you think should be included.
Also, sorry I wasn't able to properly respond to your request to meet again when I was in NYC; I had some girlfriend issues come up on my last couple days in town. It was a particularly crazy girlfriend.
