Also, I spoke with a colleague of mine yesterday evening, Graham Archer, who may end up representing Ethan Miles, another of the folks charged in this indictment. He was actually contacted through the Northern District CJA panel, but should be a good addition to the team. He has a solid computer/tech background, and has worked with the NLG in the past. He spoke with Ethan yesterday and it sounds like they will be working together.

Also, just learned that an NYT reporter is hoping to get a quote from one of those arrested; NLG is asking me to pick one who might want to do so. Let me know if you want to work with Keith on providing a statement or answering written questions or anything else of the sort, in which case I'll have the reporter get in touch with you.
