Osmo,

Normally, I would not even consider bringing you a direct oil investment because assessing the risk is very difficult for a non-industry participant. However, because of who is heading up the project, and the partners involved, I have put my closest friends in with my largest clients. Between our conversation concerning energy prices and your previous indirect investments in oil and gas via stocks, I'm assuming at the very least you might enjoy reading about a new technology that could have a global impact on production of heavy oil.

WHO'S HEADING UP BUSHWHACKER: Palo Petroleum will be the operator on this project, and will market their exclusive licensing agreement to CHOP.  I have personally known the president of this company for over 30 years. Under his leadership, his company has prospered in the good times and survived through the worst since being founded in 1976. Though they are considered a small independent compared to the giants in the industry, they have operated fields for Texaco, British Petroleum, and Conoco-Phillips, just to name a few. I've included the company resume as well as each team member's resume in the package.

PARTNERS IN BUSHWHACKER: Outside our investor group, all the partners are oil and gas companies, drillers, or individuals that have made their fortunes in the energy business. You may even know some of the partners, a few of them being directors of NYSE firms like yourself. What I believe really validates this opportunity is that all of these partners have access to geologists, geophysicists, petroleum engineers, and the like. They don't get any more sophisticated in the oil business than this group, and they did not make their fortunes in oil by misreading circumstances of risk and reward. Again, I have included some blurbs about three of the partners in the project for your review.

THE OPPORTUNITY: If you read John Tabery's article in the Third Party Due Diligence Report, he emphasizes that the licensing fees could easily dwarf the oil and gas revenues. That is quite a statement considering the Bushwhacker Field alone has a potential net revenues of over a billion dollars. However if you look at the gross revenues generated by the oil companies
producing heavy oil by the SAG-D method, and can imagine a process that captures 20% more oil and costs 30% less, and then consider licensing fees covering thousands of wells, it's not hard to see why we have the investors we have.

I have included the CHOP team resumes, the 3rd part due diligence report, the financial summaries on Phase I of Bushwhacker, along with an article just released on Missouri heavy oil, and the companies involved; Palo is one of the companies featured. There are some short articles and blurbs on three of the partners of Bushwhacker for you as well. Feel free to give me a call if you have any other questions.

Thanks,

Robert Brown

Hi Osmo,

Normally,  I would  not even consider bringing you a direct oil investment because accessing the risk

for a non industry participant is very difficult.

However, because of who is heading up the project, and the partners involved, I have put my closest friends

in with my largest clients. Our conversation concerning energy prices, and your indirect investment

in oil and gas via stocks led me to believe that at the very least, you would enjoy reading about a new

technology that could have a global impact on production of heavy oil.

WHO IS HEADING UP BUSHWHACKER ------- Palo Petroleum will be the operator on this project, and will market
their exclusive licensing agreement to CHOP.  I have personally known the president of this company for
over 30 years. Under his leadership, his company has prospered in the good times, and survived in the worst
since being founded in 1976. Even though they are considered a small independent compared to the
giants in the industry, they have operated fields for Texaco, British Petroleum, and Conoco-Phillips just to
name a few. I have included the company resume, as well as each team member's resume in the package.

PARTNERS IN BUSHWHACKER          --------- Outside our investor group, all the partners are oil and gas
companies, oil drilling companies, or individuals that have made their fortunes in the energy business. You
may even know some of the partners, because several are directors of numerous companies listed on
the New York Stock Exchange as I understand you do. What I believe that  really validates this opportunity is that
the partners in Bushwhacker have access to geologists, geophysicists, petroleum engineers. They don't
get any more sophisticated in the oil business than this group, and they did not make their fortunes in oil
by making bad decisions as to risk and reward. Again, I have included some blurbs about three of the partners
in the project for your review.

THE OPPORTUNITY                      ------------  If you read John Tabery's article in the Third Party Due
Diligence Report he emphasizes that the licensing fees could easily
dwarf the oil and gas revenues. That is quite a statement considering the Bushwhacker Field alone has a potential
net revenues of over a billion dollars. However if you look at the gross revenues generated by the oil companies
producing heavy oil by the SAG-D method, and can imagine a process that captures 20% more oil and costs 30%
less, then imagine licensing fees covering on thousands of wells it doesn't take much of an imagination to understand
the opportunity. That is why you have the partners you have in this project.

I have included the CHOP team resumes, the 3rd part due diligence report, the financial summaries on Phase I of
Bushwhacker, along with a article just released on Missouri heavy oil, and the companies involved. (Palo is one of
the companies featured). There are some short articles and blurbs on three of the partners of Bushwhacker for you
as well. If after you look over the information you have any interest give me a call.

Thanks for your consideration,

Robert Brown
