Hi Barrett,
I hope this finds you well! My name is Kaelyn Forde and Im a Correspondent with RT America in Washington, DC.
Im working on a piece on the State Department/New America Foundations Internet in a Suitcase program as well as reports of the US conducting mass surveillance in the Arab World/creating fake Twitter and Facebook accounts for dissidents. I read your piece in the Guardian and was hoping I might be able to interview you.
Is there a chance that sometime next week you might be able to do a brief, non-live on-camera interview (either via Skype or in one of our studios)? Thanks so much!
All My Best,
Kaelyn Forde
