basic rundown, they are teaching Ugandans to use computers, they accept computer donations and theyre helping thier police force and hospitals wich are reliant on paper records use secure databases to make everything easier, also they train people to be proficient in the IT field so they can go out and fix other peoples computers, get money, use said money to feed family and develop the area.
