btw dunno if I told you, but I'm going to be staying in Dallas at least through fall semester. I'm going to apply to Columbia for the spring semester or just simply for next year. If I moved to NY to start the fall sem at Columbia in two months, like...that's super soon. That would be way too much stress for my body/health. Also, if I moved in two months, I'd have to get all new doctors and specialists, which is a bad idea if they haven't figured out my underlying health issues. The most important thing in my life right now is my health, so I'm putting off the move.

Also, it'd be better for me to just go to community college in the Fall (and potentially Spring, depending on the status of my health) and make straight As because that's what Columbia and Yale would want to see on my transcript anyway. That's probably why Yale didn't accept me this round. Back in October when I called Yale and asked about the the best way to prepare for application for admission is to show that you're ready to go back to school by having ~year at cc with As (and Bs).

I realized that I shouldn't rush it because, again, my health is what's most important.

I may try and do a couple classes over summer I and II semesters to get more credits out of the way
