Zendesk & MindTouch Together at Last

Earlier this month, MindTouch announced the release of a product co-developed with the industry’s most innovative provider of web-based help desk and support ticketing: Zendesk. With this announcement came encouraging press coverage from the likes of TechCrunch, CMSWire, and Cloud Ave. A Media Roundup was posted to the MindTouch blog. This integration, initiated by our own support team, provides a seamless experience for support agents to search against their MindTouch TCS social knowledge base in the context of the support ticketing system. Users can publish support tickets to MindTouch as knowledge base articles in a single click.
