Washington Times op-ed, by Texas State
Representative David Simpson: TSA’s full-body oglers: Americans won’t trade their dignity for lecherous security It’s time that we remind our federal government that it cannot suspend constitutional liberties and violate innocent citizens--even in

read Representative Simpson's op-ed. After the Texas House voted unanimously to bring HB 1937 (to stop the TSA from groping without
probable cause) from committee to the floor, we started really getting some attention. Late last week, the Senate committee voted it from
committee--unanimously and without alteration, as well! Now we're up for a Senate floor vote sometime within the next few days.
So,
contact your Senator NOW!
Our petition drive was a huge success! We received over 1200 additional signatures shortly after the last
email went out and I faxed them to key offices in Austin Friday afternoon before the Senate committee voted! The total was over 2200 signatures
and 106 pages long!
