Both of you wrote to me about getting involved in Project PM's Science Journalism Improvement Project a while back, and your particular interests seem to coincide in such a way that you would appear to make a good fit in producing articles. Cedwyn, Lauren has a background in infections and immune system compromises. Lauren, Cedwynn is an editor with a degree in biology. Lauren, you might start by replying to Cedwyn with some topics that might work for an informative article on some aspect of this and then both of you take it from there. If the two of you need any assistance, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
I've also cc'd Clark Robinson, an associate of mine who suggested this pairing based on the info we've put down in the spreadsheet. If for some reason the two of you can't come to a decision on an article, or if one partners ends up being unavailable, let him know, and he can provide suggestions for other partners.
Thanks for your interest in this project. Keep in mind that Project PM is also in the process of finalizing our Africa Development Program whereby we hope to improve the availability of crucial health information as well as techniques for small-scale infrastructure projects, and we'd love to have input from either of you; if you'd like to learn more, let me know.
