Pairing suggestions for science journalism project:
cedwynn
cedwynn@gmail.com don't know his actual name, but he is or has been a colleague of yours at Kos, and is an editor with a degree in biology, how about pairing him with Lauren Lipuma lauren.lipuma@gmail.com (infections, immune compromise) or with Ana Kreiger ack2003@med.cornell.edu (cardiovascular medicine, sleep medicine)
David Sorels david.g.sorrels@boeing.com (professional writer for Boeing corp interested in engineering and military technical applications) with Eric Carpenter (ergonomist) edcarpe2@yahoo.com . not sure there is a community of interest there, but both seem to be interested in the applied aspects of science
Nancy Winningham nancyw@bluemarble.net is a scientist dealing with rehabilitation and chronic pain; you might consider pairing her with a writer interested in psychology, such as John Knefel johnknefel@gmail.com or yourself

you know, I think the biggest 'lessoned learned' from the old Project PM is to not wait around waiting for someone to create software; rather, do stuff that can be commenced immediately
using available programming and facilitation
another lesson, which I have articulated previously, when Barrett is not personally involved (meaning communicating directly via e-mail, live chat, or published online writing) people lose interest, or in other words, charismatic leadership is somewhat of a gift, not transferable-----practical effect of this is that delegating things may not work
