COINTELPRO is strongly indicated here, but do not say MKULTRA as it makes you look like a paranoid.
There is not so much that is wrong in here, but keep reading, because you miss implications, story lines.
William Luti, Tom Conroy, disloyalty to NG, where they ended up when they left, the timing of them leaving, and Luti's history - there's a story in that, if you can tease it out.
