I don't think I'm qualified to assess most of what you're asking; our intent at this point is to pursue development by designing new methods of "information flow" by which to get crucial information and ideas to the people who need them most, while also helping aid groups to work together for increased efficiency. For instance, we're going to produce a pamphlet containing instructions on small engineering projects that can be pursued without many resources or expertise, such as water purification methods and energy generators and other such things, and then have them distributed by groups such as Bikes For the World that are already operating on the ground anyway. We also have an interest in finding efficient ways by which to spread health information to those who don't know basic, life-saving info regarding AIDS and such things; we hope to do this by using viral marketing techniques. We're just now getting back into the project after a long hiatus due to my role with Anonymous and North Africa and such things.

If you'd like to join us on this, here's info on where we operate: http://pastebin.com/QNuXwRTn. I'm going to make a channel on our IRC server for Africa projects, people will gather there and we'll compile ideas and notes on a typewith.me pad and then proceed from there. I have to bring in some of my old contacts, will do so soon. But go ahead and join us on the IRC server if you'd like.
