Yes, you can learn about how to do those things within Anonymous; many people will be happy to help you or show you materials to help you learn. And those free tools linked to in the post I wrote are especially good things to learn. If you click on the link to the starter's guide in my post, the one that takes you to the #OpNewBlood document, it will tell you how to get on our IRC network; that's a good place to start.
