<OpNoPro> So the question is on the table about how long we think the metal gear has existed and if it has been implemented already when was it first observed in operation
<OpNoPro> those that present the question properly?
<OpNoPro> First let's analyze the actual project
<OpNoPro> The various disciplines which exist within the metal gear consortium are those which fall was in many fields of study
<OpNoPro> To put it simply, the entire metal gear environment is for extraction purposes and then insertion purposes
<OpNoPro> Extraction of various data points
<OpNoPro> Insertion of specific elements in order to create a specific result
<OpNoPro> Drawing upon all disciplines
<OpNoPro> The vendors of the project all have the rights to all software which was created prior to receiving any money from the government
<OpNoPro> You must think of metal gear like a spider
<OpNoPro> Let's take two spiders and one Lake
<OpNoPro> Leg
<OpNoPro> That would be what is referred to as element 17
<OpNoPro> There are 17 legs of the government
<OpNoPro> Metal gear involves all of them
<OpNoPro> Those were the 17 groups that report to one group and then reporting to the Pres.
<OpNoPro> Metal gear does not exist with only one discipline
<OpNoPro> It requires many
<OpNoPro> Because the various vendors are allowed to keep complete control of their software prior to entering the government contract, they are allowed to and have been licensing software of a similar nature to individuals and corporations outside of the government
<OpNoPro> Keep in mind, that the software which they have been licensing would be somewhat not equal to that which the government is pursuing
<OpNoPro> I can't imagine that the government would want any spider leg which it is investing in to be freely available under license to anybody else
<OpNoPro> Additionally, many of these gray and dark people as well as companies have been operating together for decades... that is where name base is valuable
<OpNoPro> You can put a document into name base and it will filter it by spitting out a proximity chart based on what is in the document
<OpNoPro> Name base has a different ways of interpreting data
<OpNoPro> You are mostly using one
<OpNoPro> Eat different ways
<OpNoPro> Eight
<OpNoPro> When you take all of the various disciplines and consider that the government classifies it into 17 agency areas, and you also take into consideration that the software being produced
<OpNoPro> That the software being produced will be enhanced specifically under the government's purview
<OpNoPro> And also that services provided which are not software, for example the various sciences involved in the analysis of socialization data in order to create specific events, all of it starts to become very intriguing
<OpNoPro> this is truly not like any other project I have studied since fat boy
<OpNoPro> 2300 individuals, scientists, doctors, medicine, sociologists etc. were called in to write the initial thoughts to start it up
<OpNoPro> That is what was done
<OpNoPro> The largest think tank of any operation
<OpNoPro> They all come together to form the spider
<OpNoPro> Think in terms of a spider with 17 legs
<OpNoPro> A leg will sense certain data
<OpNoPro> It will acquire certain information
<OpNoPro> But it is imperative to think in terms of the entire spider moving in order to understand the significance of the leg
<OpNoPro> I hope this assist you in seeing the way to value a
<OpNoPro> A value weighted
<OpNoPro> You know what I mean
<OpNoPro> It is interesting to note that if we had 17 subgroups, that unless all of us were talking to each other and sat down in one group, metal gear would not exist
<OpNoPro> So, the companies in most cases which have the contracts all had things that existed before the government
<OpNoPro> It is very simple
<OpNoPro> When Gilman Louie and others select the vendors, they must show what they are capable of producing... in many cases something which is operable although not specifically for metal gear must be shown
<OpNoPro> So, given that the individuals have had the right to license their products created without government funding, before their contract with the government, you now see that metal gear in certain pieces, components were available earlier... but not enhanced
<OpNoPro> So whoever asked the question about whether it has been used prior, the educational community would state that there are other things which operate in a similar fashion however the intention of this project is to deliver state-of-the-art
<OpNoPro> It is up to the group to make an educated decision prior to implementing anything based on whether the claims are real
<OpNoPro> Keep in mind, this is all about the identification of individuals in order to "distort" the information to a particular party's advantage
<OpNoPro> So now we have a bunch of software out there that looks and feels like the parts however operates in a far different manner
<OpNoPro> So I think that those who are seeing this through new eyes since we started the project would definitely say that certain aspects of metal gear could most certainly exist already and be employed
<OpNoPro> Deployed
<OpNoPro> We all need jobs
<OpNoPro> Maybe not everybody
<OpNoPro> Now, we look at specific metal gear operatives
<OpNoPro> Has any of it been deployed?
<OpNoPro> It has been suggested, when a certain agency was shut down after only existing for one year and also the generals who have stated that they will quit their jobs before any American citizens on American soil would ever face this product
<OpNoPro> Read clearly American citizens on American soil
<OpNoPro> facebook has truly been a wonderful operation
<OpNoPro> That is OpNoPro
<OpNoPro> There is no start date
<OpNoPro> There is no end date
<OpNoPro> The unnamed video is great
<OpNoPro> The onion video was great
<OpNoPro> I invite anyone who wishes to involve themselves with operation no profile to gather after all research is turned over to the implementation team with suggestions
<OpNoPro> At that time I know I will be one of those continuing with the group to have additional successful events
<OpNoPro> So I believe we have answered half the question?
<OpNoPro> Although it is never answered
<OpNoPro> By the time we think about it, there is another it
<OpNoPro> It never catches up with it
<OpNoPro> Many years have been spent on this project prior to all of us working together
<OpNoPro> I do believe that the difference is overall these years they have maintained ways to build it and we have maintained as we become familiar with our own strength, ways to discredit it
<OpNoPro> Since all of it relies on data from the field, I do believe that informed field points have a greater strength
<OpNoPro> It is up to our research group within anonymous to deliver accurate information relative to what people will be up against so they a plan can be formulated as to putting sticks in the wheels
<OpNoPro> This is not about just hacking or other things
<OpNoPro> Our responsibility is to transfer quality information
<OpNoPro> No different than what those who might take advantage of it are interested in reorganizing into displaced information
<OpNoPro> Hopefully, our discussion this evening will be captured and everybody will have an opportunity to avail themselves of it should they so choose as they progress down their own paths
<OpNoPro> When you evaluate it, it is like the discussion of the new chips that actually live and breathe
<OpNoPro> Without getting into science fiction aspects
<OpNoPro> It will be raw at first, but even politicians can dissuade populations
<OpNoPro> As I have stated earlier, some things in life are like a garbage disposal. You get out of it what you put into it
<OpNoPro> brilliant
<OpNoPro> sepr just logged on
<azteca> i was reading some stuff on cia and mind control drugs pretty crazy stuff man
<OpNoPro> He is putting the radio station and video station and documents stationed together
<OpNoPro> Assets are being targeted for inclusion
<OpNoPro> The 1954 military experiments of hallucinogenic drugs were outrageous
<OpNoPro> you will find one in every year
<OpNoPro> The department was specifically set up in 2002
<OpNoPro> That is the department which was forced to close down in one year
<azteca> million and million going into tec
<OpNoPro> Billions and billions
<OpNoPro> Millions and millions of people
<azteca> ya billions
<OpNoPro> To run echelon alone required over 50,000 translators
<OpNoPro> Incredible
<OpNoPro> And those were human beings
<azteca> Human-Computer Interaction and Information Management (HCI&IM)
<OpNoPro> Excellent... grab it
<OpNoPro> That is not the office in 2002
<OpNoPro> Is the office that all information was turned into
<OpNoPro> I shared the way back machine on it
<OpNoPro> They made the president stand down
<OpNoPro> That is why it was dismantled in one year
<OpNoPro> I think that a lot of people that started this project are thinking in a much different and better way now?
<OpNoPro> As a group, we have taken a considerably different approach
<OpNoPro> I hope it has been effective so far
<OpNoPro> I know that others appreciate the work
<OpNoPro> I do
<OpNoPro> Thank you
<OpNoPro> I remember just two weeks ago when people wanted to hack the NSA
<OpNoPro> Not with this puppy
<OpNoPro> If anybody is listening besides hex, how are we doing?
<OpNoPro> azteca, your work is superb
<OpNoPro> And many others
<OpNoPro> I am not here to judge
<OpNoPro> I am only here to get better
<azteca> shit man theres one for everyear since 1997
<OpNoPro> The first president to be held accountable is consistent with that date
<OpNoPro> everything will be consistent with in q tel investments
<OpNoPro> Keep in mind, that it was this country which made subliminal advertising illegal
<OpNoPro> Not to say that it is still not occurring
<OpNoPro> But it is so subliminal I am in awe
<OpNoPro> I hate it, but I love the process
<OpNoPro> incoming/
<OpNoPro> I hope that is the whole thing
<OpNoPro> I would like to read that
<OpNoPro> I will be right back
<OpNoPro> Do you want to explain the agency which everybody reporter to created in 2002 which only lasted one year and why it was shut down, the name of a and an analysis for the group with links?
<azteca> 008 Budget provides a technical summary of the budget
<azteca> request for the Networking and Information Technology Research and Development (NITRD) Program, as
<azteca> required by the High-Performance Computing Act of 1991 (P.L. 102-194) and the Next Generation Internet
<azteca> Research Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-305)
<OpNoPro> azteca
<OpNoPro> Use the government search engine and find were all of those are deposited
<azteca> ok, im breaking the budget down
<OpNoPro> There are many breakdowns which were released as these budgets have a Hubble telescope up there ass
<OpNoPro> azteca... do you have the notes on the shutting down of the 2002 agency?
<OpNoPro> I will go grab it from my stuff
<OpNoPro> If you do not have it handy
<azteca> dont have
<azteca> was search
<OpNoPro> Something like the national information agency
<OpNoPro> I think it was information awareness agency
<OpNoPro> I will look

sorry honey, I really would like to to go out.... let me check my calendar and see if there is any time available at all.....nope....
================================================================
An example of a company which requires the way back engine.... watch what you will see.
it is always interesting to track companies which the government uses for various things... when you do appropriate way back research, sometimes you find a data point when the company goes dark... at this point, web crawling which had taken place during the questioned period will disappear from the database. You then need to research at both the beginning of that company and less time that it showed up for actual web crawling which delivered data rather than does not exist after a Web crawl is reported.... you will find something like this company which the government Used at this time.

an entry which I came across for April of 2003
Buddy Zoo (www.buddyzoo.com) is a new website with a great idea and lots of potential. Started by Adam D'Angelo, a student at Caltech, Buddy Zoo is a database of AOL Instant Messenger(R) screen names which can create visualizations of the social structure of AIM.
A member joins and submits their buddy list. It is then databased and if anyone on his list is already a member, then they are added to a list of your buddies who have signed up. You can then view any mutual buddies that are on both of your lists. After enough of your friends and your friend's friends join, you can view cliques you belong to. A visual map is created, displaying how closley related the buddies are by their distanceapart. Some more information available is your popularity which is basically how many buddies you have that have joined Buddy Zoo.
Powered by Apache, mod_perl, and MySQL, this is a very simple yet original idea with some great potential for study of social interaction. There are also many possibilites for some very neat features. It will be interesting to see where this leads.

If THEY use ours, we use their's
If the government is sending a clear message that data acquisition about persons is required as a means of national security as well as global security than I think we are excellent citizens by acquiring the information we need through the same channels for the same purposes so that we may all be model citizens.
where all of the agencies operate from
If THEY use ours, we use their's
*please make sure that somebody gets us a complete list of their twitter accounts from this as well as all Facebook locations where we need to go in order to make them our friends... I would suggest that we collect the dislike tags that are going around and discuss jokes like we do all the time when researching...WINNING!!!!

one.The public portion of the conference occurred yesterday March 28, 2011., People on the project team should evaluate the conference which was mentioned in earlier documents and ascertain who the attendees were.
Two.the private portion of the metal gear conference will occur in May. Security clearance is required in order to attend so I do not know if we will be able to acquire the attendees list. We absolutely should try.

sorry honey, I really would like to to go out.... let me check my calendar and see if there is any time available at all.....nope....

Two.the private portion of the metal gear conference will occur in May. Security clearance is required in order to attend so I do not know if we will be able to acquire the attendees list. We absolutely should try.

[23:03] <@OpNoPro> As more and more research was provided before the metal gear project, it became obvious to all of us that documents that we were working with presented a much larger picture of what metal gear was really all about
[23:04] <@OpNoPro> As the research teams started delving into the actual documents that were going around from all of the divisions involved in this massive project, the more that we dug up the more that we had to get
[23:05] <@OpNoPro> If we focus on just the sock puppet aspect of metal gear, it represents less than one half of 1% of the enormity of the project
[23:06] <@OpNoPro> Originally the group in studying metal gear was working with data which the government had shut down in 2003 over significant uprisings from the citizens of America
[23:06] <@OpNoPro> As well as a congressional oversight committee led by Sen. Leahy of Vermont in leading the group that shut down the information awareness office
[23:07] <@OpNoPro> The office was supposedly only in existence from 2002 to 2003. Our team discussed with Barrett Brown the fact that the project had actually started much earlier than that but we were not able to share any of the documents at that point to validate what insight we had
[23:08] <@OpNoPro> Everything looked and felt like the initial project literally started over her purse on management software and cyber security in conjunction with the FBI, the CIA and Homeland security
[23:09] <@OpNoPro> What we'll be dumping tonight is all the hard-core evidence including all of the documents, litigation in the background, classified documents which have now been declassified and the enormity of the project and all the sections of the real metal gear
[23:10] <@OpNoPro> Keep in mind, the charter of this group and operation was to just work on persona software for the manipulation of specific events, locations as well as associative behavior modification in order to be used in the field for what might potentially be surreptitious actions
[23:10] <@OpNoPro> When the project started as operation metal gear, there were conversations which were garnered during the HB Gary operation that brought to light a specific contract relating to this very subject matter
[23:12] <@OpNoPro> One of the project teams, team rainbow, had worked with its client base from the beginning of this project which really went back to full force in 1997 at least with all the scientists, educators and psychologists and all other groups pertinent to the cyber security of our country.
