Barrett told me you were back in town and I wanted to follow up with you on the real estate ideas we discussed.  In particular, I'd like to hear more about your friend's experience with HUD construction and your own fund's progress.  I've been meeting with Alan Ackerman and we may buy a single family test deal soon.  Hopefully, Barrett can join us for a drink or a lunch one day next week - my schedule is pretty open.
