This is the military man you spoke to. shortly after you gave me the link to project PM, something went down with the site we were speaking on and nothing went through and it would not reconnect, this made me suspicious. 
anything after you sending me the link to project PM that you may have said did not get through, that all being said I would greatly like to help with project PM just lemme know what i can do.
