will help receive his fund US$145Million in a named bank here in UAE as a
result of the freezing of financial asset in Egypt, Swiss-banks, American
banks  and the travel ban placed on all members of the Mubarak family.

The money will be transferred to your account as a Loan Finance from Abu
Dhabi Co-operative Loan Funds every modality have been worked out with our
bankers and the Cooperative Loan Fund.  My client is willing to give you a
reasonable percentage of this money if you can receive the money in your
account however, you may also state your percentage before we start work.
