Skype might work best, as people tend to have difficulties calling me from out of the U.S., but you can try to call me at 512-560-2302. I spoke to Nicky Hager about an hour ago and filled him in a bit, and he's interested in helping along with some of his contacts who have a good grounding in the general background, so perhaps I can introduce the two of you.

I'm also going to be speaking later today with Nicky Hager, the Australian investigative journalist who provided the first comprehensive look into Echelon and its misuse; am hoping to put him on the right track since Metal Gear methodology is very much related.
